Consent to Photography & Recording I hereby authorize The Web Initiative, its employees, contractors, and agents, to photograph, film, or otherwise record my image, likeness, voice, or participation during the professional training event conducted for Children’s Aid Society of Alabama. 2. Permission to Use Media I grant The Web Initiative and Children’s Aid Society of Alabama the irrevocable right to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, or display these photos, videos, and recordings in any of the following formats: Websites and web-based publications Social media platforms Educational or training materials Printed materials and marketing collateral Internal organizational documentation Any other lawful, non-commercial or promotional use related to training, outreach, or organizational communication This permission applies without limitation as to time, geographic region, or medium. 3. No Compensation I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my image or participation. I waive any rights to royalties, payment, or inspection/approval of the finished materials. 4. Ownership of Materials All photos, videos, and recordings shall be the property of The Web Initiative. Both The Web Initiative and Children’s Aid Society of Alabama are granted full usage rights as described above. 5. Release of Liability I release The Web Initiative, Children’s Aid Society of Alabama, and their respective staff, agents, and contractors from any and all claims or causes of action arising from the use of these images or recordings, so long as the materials are used lawfully and within the scope of this release. 6. Opt-Out (If Applicable) If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I agree to mark "No" on the permission usage request below as well as provide sufficient data or media to be able to identify you in our photos and videos to have you removed or blurred appropriately. Children’s Aid Society of Alabama and The Web Initiative will make reasonable efforts to honor this request (e.g., seating arrangements, special designation).
